Caring Family Environment
On my visit to Santa Rosa Health and Rehabilitation Center, one thing that really stood out like a sore thumb was the mood. Everyone, patients and staff included, was very friendly, in high spirits, smiling, laughing, & joking. I was expecting to see the opposite... a very somber, quiet, maybe even sad environment given some of the patients conditions, but I was pleasantly surprised. They all seemed like one big happy family...everyone worked to make the environment feel very welcoming and it truly felt like a home away from home, very warm and inviting. One thing I'll never forget is the friendliness of the staff. They were so nice and everyone had a smile on their face...it was a very uplifting environment. It was a very nice visit. If I had a family member in the area that needed rehabilitation services, they would no doubt be my first choice :-) A. Curry - Pensacola, FL
